This tutor does not pick the reason, the recipient, or write the message for you. It teaches the difference between messaging a customer for a real reason and messaging just to stay in touch. To do that, it asks about the last contact you made on WhatsApp: the reason you used, who received the message, and how many times that same customer or group has already been contacted this week or campaign.
Based on your answer, the tutor shows you where you stand: whether the reason you used is not one of the four valid ones, whether the reason is real but the recipient does not match it, or whether the reason and recipient already match but the frequency is not under control. If you already message "all customers" without distinction, it fixes that point first, before any other adjustment.
You leave the tutoring with a task: identify a real reason to reach out (restock, add-on, seasonal, or new arrival), choose the customer or small group that reason applies to, respect the contact limit for the week or campaign, and note what happened. Once the reason, segment, and frequency are decided, the tutor points you to the Trigger Contact Planner to write the message, but you are still the one who decides the reason, who receives it, and how often.
